Eva Caspari got her PhD in 2014 from Curtin University, Australia where she was also a research associate for one year. She worked for 5 years as a postdoc at the University of Lausanne and joined Montanuniversität Leoben as senior lecturer in 2019. Currently, she is an assistant professor at the chair of applied geophysics at Montanuniversität Leoben. Her research interests are in reservoir characterization and seismic wave propagation in porous and fractured, fluid-saturated media, with a focus on rock physics. My more recent research activities include field applications of borehole geophysical data, in lower crustal (DIVE) and volcanic environments.
